We booked a double room, it was fairly quiet with nice design.

I had elegant, fairly quiet room with a shower, views on to the garden plus rare antique furniture. The staff was excellent and attentive and delivered excellent service.

The place has excellent staff and services, and the food is overall brilliant; plus, there is also a bar/bistro nearby.

This lovely little and unique hotel occupies a very unique building in the historic style. The rooms are well decorated with views on to the garden, everything is modern. The location is excellent and incredible, at a moderate distance from Old Portsmouth.

The rooms are brand-new and quiet, provided with with a shower, champagne, as example.

I really enjoyed my unique room with views onto the garden. The location was great and incredible - The Mary Rose Museum was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. There was a great restaurant, shopping outlets, and boutiques next door.

This place has a great location and the service is really friendly. The room was really cool, it had a nice, fancy design and a good shower, which we loved. The staff was super helpful and attentive, including the owner. a great experience! 😊

The location was excellent and fantastic, not very far from The Mary Rose Museum. We found it in a beautiful area near to the many interesting sites at the Dockyards and in the waterfront area, so many fascinating boutique shops and characterful pubs and 'Old Portsmouth'.

Ye Spotted Dogge: a gem, historical charm, spacious room, amazing spa bath, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast.

The large room had all the necessary facilities, a safe, a minibar, and central heating. The staff was excellent they made our stay a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Old Portsmouth. the location was ideal as it was very central and close to the Cathedral. The hotel itself was housed in a beautiful old building with a lovely walled garden, which provided a peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were friendly and welcoming, offering a complimentary glass of fizz upon arrival and providing a comprehensive history of the building. Lastly, the continental breakfast was of exceptional quality, with a wide selection of fresh produce. a great value for money stay with attention to detail.

Just a minor issue, but there was a bit of noise from the bar downstairs, although it didn't continue throughout the night. Despite this, everything else was perfect.

The rooms here are exceptional and come with a lovely garden, drinks, and a bath, and the staff are very nice!
